Howes Cave, N.Y. – A new cave-aged cheese is available at Howe Caverns.
Aged 156-feet below the earth’s surface in the great cave, the new cheese is made by Yancey’s Fancy, an artisan cheese maker located in Corfu (Genesee County). (more…)
